Introduction YangJie technology recently launched TO-220AB-1 800V low-power thyristor products. Core advantages:
1. Low on-state voltage drop (VTM <1.5V@5A) : reduces power loss, improves energy efficiency, reduces temperature rise.
2. Anti-surge current (20A non-repetitive peak) : Suitable for frequent starts and stops of small household appliances, motor locked-rotor and other impact loads
3.Wide operating temperature range (-40℃ to 125℃) : Ensures stable operation in high-temperature environments

Features 1. Suitable for low and medium current (1A-10A), voltage (400v-800v) power scenarios, such as rice cookers, air fryers, cooking machines, soy milk machines, etc.
2. Excellent heat dissipation performance: The metal heat sink is in direct contact with the PCB, with low thermal resistance (RθJA <50℃/W), reducing the temperature rise of the device.
3.Standardized design: Compatible with the existing PCB layout of small household appliances, no need to change the circuit design, reducing development costs;
4.High mechanical strength: Suitable for vibrating environments (such as mixers and blenders), to prevent pin breakage.
