Introduction Yangjie technology has recently launched a series of ESD products with voltage regulation functions. These products have the voltage regulation characteristics of Zener diode, achieving a precision of VZ±5%, while also possessing the excellent surge protection characteristics of ESD devices, and are capable of meeting 30KV electrostatic protection.

2. Good voltage regulation characteristics, capable of achieving ±5% accuracy;
3. Excellent transient protection capability, capable of meeting 30KV ESD protection;
4. SOT-23 package, capable of protecting two signals;
